• Chambray is a plain woven denim fabric often woven in checkered or striped patterns.

Oxford Denim Fabric is made out of oxford weave which is a basket-weave pattern that combines two yarns woven lengthwise against a heavier yarn crosswise (oftentimes in a different color to give it a distinctive pattern). While traditionally made of cotton, today’s oxford cloth is also frequently made of a synthetic blend. 

Herringbone denim is made using Herringbone weave, also known as “chevron weave”, it has a distinctive V shaped pattern that resembles a herring’s skeleton. Though generally used in wool fabrics, especially tweed, Herringbone denim is in trend and used for various apparel and non apparel application.

We offer Basket Weave Denim Fabric. This weave can produce a checkered or plaid pattern and although it can provide an attractive pattern, it tends to bunch up causing it not be preferred over plain weaves.

The traditional denim is 100 percent cotton serge. Additionally, cotton is often blended with other yarn/fiber to get desired result from fabric and finish product.

We offer denim made with TFO yarn which is composed of two single yarn as two ply yarn which are twisted together to produce much stronger yarn. Denim made using TFO yarn is smoother, silkier, stronger and costlier than its counterparts.

Carded Yarn Denim Fabric is process of separating individual fibers, causing many of fibers to lie parallel and removing most of the remaining impurities. Carded-yarn is not as clean, compact, lustrous or strong as combed yarn. Whenever very fine yarns are desired, carding is followed by combing, a process that removes short fibers, leaving a sliver composed entirely of long fibers, all laid parallel and smoother and more lustrous than uncombed types. Denim made using these yarn are considered less premium then fabric made using combed yarn.

We offer range of Poly Lycra Denim Fabric usually incorporates an elastic component (such as elastane) into the fabric to allow a degree of give in garments. Only a small percentage is required within the fabric (approximately 3%) to allow a significant stretch capacity of around 15 percent. 

• Dobby is a weaving method in which the warp threads are raised and lowered throughout the weaving process to form small geometric figures. 
• Dobby denim fabric is also used many a times for applique work on garment to enhance fashion appeal of base garment.

Slub Yarn Denim Fabric is made using slub yarn.Slub yarn refers to yarn that has been purposely spun with slubs (thicker sections along the yarn). While it was once seen only as a defect, slub yarn is now intentionally created to give fabric more personality. By spinning slub yarn with predictable, repeating slubs, the material woven from it develops intentional patterns within the fabric. However, slub yarn reduces the durability of the fabric as the yarn then inherently has weak spots.
