We at NG Tex offers wet finished denim fabrics This is Finishing processes in which the material is immersed or made wet with water or other liquids in one or more steps.  These finishing processes includes beetling,  bleaching, calendaring, chasing, decating,  dying, embossing, fulling, gassing, London Shrinking, mercerizing, milling, printing, shrinking, tentring, sizing, sponging, washing and water proofing.

Over Dyed Denim Fabric is a process where the fabric is either dyed for too long or dyed a second time. It is most often used on denim to add an overtone of color to the indigo.

Heat Set Denim Fabric is a process for removing spinning- and cabling-induced torque and impart dimensional stability in fibers and yarns. The process may also cause synthetic fibers to gain bulk or volume and is also used to stabilize fibers after processes such as friezing.

What is Mercersied Fabric:

• Mercerization is an industrial process used on yarn or fabrics to increase it’s luster and dye affinity. 
• For fabrics used in the denim industry, mercerization can be used for keeping dye on the surface of the yarns or fabrics and to prevent dyes from fully penetrating the fibres. 
• Created by John Mercer in 1844, mercerization is a chemical treatment used on cotton. In addition to increasing the fabric’s luster, it also improves its strength. The process involves dipping the material in baths of sodium hydroxide several times to shrink the fibers and smooth the grains of the threads. 
• Mercerized cotton is also known as pearl cotton because of its lustrous appearance after the process.

We at NG Tex can provide singeing finish on denim  fabric if so required by our customers Singeing is the process of removing the hairs of fabrics or fibers. At the end of this process, fabrics is smoother than before and the fabrics wet ability is increased.

Ecru Denim Fabric is the natural color of cotton or denim that is without dye. Ecru refers to the color of undyed denim and is the natural hue of cotton. Jeans that have not been dyed with indigo are called ecru jeans.
